Catching a Falling Star

Every night before I close my eyes and sleep
I look in the vast night sky and think
I count the endless stars above
Each one filled with hope and love
If catching a falling star
My dreams would come true
I hope one of them is you

I smiled at the moon waiving at me
Curiously wondering of the great blue sea
If I shall fall and dream of you
And if catching a falling star
My dreams would come true
I hope one of them is you

I closed my window and went to sleep
Knowing that you’ll be in my dreams
And in my dreams…
If I catch a falling star
And all my wishes would come true
All my dreams will be of you.
